Goods that are in stock can be collected from the shop or shipped within 48 hours of receiving full payment. Jewellery that has to be manufactured can take between one to four weeks before completion. The same applies for the sourcing of hard to find gems. In a case where we are unable to source a particular item, a full refund will be made via EFT.
Returns
Goods may only be returned if the incorrect item has been supplied or due to manufacturing defects. In such a case you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. In either case we will correct the problem. It is required that you bring the goods to us personally or send with a safe hands courier including insurance. We do not offer refunds but jewellery can be exchanged for an item of the same or higher value in the above cases. We must receive the item within one week of notification including packaging and receipts. In general loose gemstones cannot be exchanged. We cannot be held liable for items that are damaged or lost when being sent to us.

All pictures on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual item may vary slightly depending on factors such as the size and qualities of the gems used, the finger size and the metal of manufacture. We allow for tolerances in measurement of up to 0.3mm.
