For customers outside of Cape Town all shipping is done via a valuable cargo courier service with insurance as an optional extra. The minimum cost will be R500. Stefan’s Jewellery cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of items during the shipping process that are not insured. The cost of shipping and insurance will be included in any quotation and will depend on the value of the item as well as your location.
Shipping will only commence once full payment has been cleared.
The delivery can only be done to a physical address and where the responsible person is present to sign for the parcel.
For international deliveries the relevant customs duties and/or taxes of each jurisdiction will apply.
